Dallas Moving Forward has years of experience working on business projects throughout Texas with design studios and independent designers. We are aware of the time and effort needed to complete a business endeavor. To plan, arrange, and carry out a project installation successfully, your design team collaborates closely with our committed project managers and the LiveTrack cargo monitoring system.
Personal Project Manager – Throughout the course of your project, you will have access to a Personal Project Manager, who will be allocated to you. They will serve as your point of contact for all inquiries and demands.
Receiving & Storage – Each piece that arrives at our warehouse is received & organized with great care. We unbox, inspect, take pictures, and store your items together in a designated section for your project in our warehouse. We notify you of all of this information via our online LiveTrack system. Any damages found to any pieces received will be photographed and communicated to you immediately via email. We do offer in-house repairs depending on the item’s condition. You will have 24/7 access to LiveTrack and be able to view your project inventory at all times.
Delivery & Installation – On install day your cargo is strategically stacked in our double-deck trucks and transported to the project site. Our team of trained installers will unload, and place each item as specified by the design team and floor plan. Fine art pieces are to be installed and secured in their rightful place. Dallas moving forward is with you every step of the way to ensure a successful and professional installation.
